PRIVATE ONLINE ZOOM SESSION

1:1 session designed specifically to your fitness/PT needs. You will receive expert guidance and support in real time.

One person: $75 hour

Duet: $95 hour

GROUP ONLINE ZOOM CLASS

Pop in every Tuesday at 11:30am -12:30pm for a mixed level Pilates mat class with props.

Workout with your own group of friends, during your own scheduled time.

Mat based class.

3-4 persons: $30 each

5-7 persons: $25 each

7-10 persons: $20 each

PRIVATE ONLINE ZOOM EQUIPMENT SESSION

Do you have your own Pilates Equipment at home? I'll walk you through your own individually designed session, providing proper cues, spring changes, equipment set up and modifications.
